Yellowfin Tuna Carpaccio

Ingredients:
- Yellowfin tuna
- Spring onion
- Olive oil
- Cherry tomatoes
- Black pepper
- Lime
- Soya sauce or Yakitori sauce
Method:
- Thinly slice the tuna and arrange it neatly on a plate or serving dish.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the tuna until it’s well covered.
- Place the dish in the fridge and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- While the fish is resting, finely chop the spring onion and quarter the cherry tomatoes.
- After 10 minutes, remove the tuna from the fridge.
- Sprinkle the chopped spring onion and cherry tomatoes evenly over the fish.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and finish with a touch of freshly cracked black pepper.
