Method
- In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, and smoked paprika to create a flavorful rub.
- Coat the fish evenly with the spice rub.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Place the fish in the pan, skin-side down, and cook for about 45 seconds.
- Flip the fish and continue cooking until fully cooked through.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fish and fry for a little longer to enhance the flavor.
- Serve hot with a side of salad, chips, or your favorite vegetables.
